Hello. Welcome to the Office of Success Programs new Academic Support scheduling software, TutorTrac. From here you are able to schedule your 1-to-1 Tutoring appointments and Academic Coaching appointments on line. Please read the infomation below to familiarize yourself with our program policies.

With this new system you can schedule appointments up to 30 days in advance. You may also search by tutor, time, or course to find the appointment that will work best for you. Every currently enrolled Georgia Tech undergraduate student is eligible may have one appointment per week for free. If you need additional appointments, you may sign up for more, but we do ask that you do not sign up for back-to-back sessions.

Sessions may be canceled at any time in this system or by calling the Academic Support office at 5-0041. Please remember that all sessions must be canceled no later than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Missed appointments and appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $15 fee charged to your Buzz card automatically.
